How long will my treats stay fresh?
We advise you to store your bakes in an airtight container at room temperature and consume them as fresh as possible, however should there be any left they will keep for up to 4 days at room temperature, or will last up to 7 in the fridge.
Can I freeze my treats?
Although it is possible to freeze our treats for up to 3 months, we highly recommend enjoying them as freshly as possible to fully enjoy that "just baked"goodness. Freezing may extend the shelf life, but it may also negatively affect the flavour and texture of the baked goods.
Additionally, please note that some of our products may have been frozen during production, and we advise against refreezing them.
Do you do Vegan and Gluten free treats?
Yes we cater for vegans (our Dark One is just irresistible) but unfortunately we do not have any gluten-free options available. However, we are constantly developing new recipes and ideas, so please check back with us in the future.
Where can I find the allergen information for your treats?
You will find allergens individually listed on each product and we will also pop an allergen card in with your order as a reminder.

Please note that all of our delicious treats are made in a home kitchen that handles all allergens. We also use ingredients that contain NUTS, SOYA, GLUTEN, WHEAT, EGGS and DAIRY in our baking. While we take great care to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are allergen-free. We ask that you take this into consideration before placing your order.

Do you offer a collection service?
Yes absolutely, collection is available from our home bakery in Crewe. We would suggest you contact us on our social media platform to discus this option and arrange a time that is mutually agreeable.
Can I order these as a gift?
Our treat boxes make an ideal gift so the simple answer is yes you can! Watch this space for more exciting options to personalise your gift.
What is your returns policy?
If you have an issue with your order please get in touch with us at info@puddingandcrumbs.com and we will do our best to put it right.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We suggest you check your treats as soon as they arrive and contact us immediately if they reach you in a less than satisfactory condition. We package our treats with love and care and hope they reach you in the same way but if something has gone awry we will do everything we can to make it right.
